How to enjoy the Discovery Set

We recommend the following ways of using fragrance so that even first-time users can incorporate fragrance into their lives:

1. Spread the scent with a diffuser

Use the entire amount of essential oil in a commercially available aroma diffuser. The scent will spread gently throughout the room. Create a space that feels like forest bathing.

2. Use for loyly (for sauna enthusiasts)

Add a few drops of essential oil diluted with water to a loyly bucket and pour it onto the heated sauna stones. Enjoy a time to deeply relax your mind and body.

3. Place a drop on an aroma stone or piece of wood near your pillow or in the entranceway

The scent of essential oils spreads softly, creating a natural atmosphere.

4. Drop it onto tissues or handkerchiefs to enjoy the scent

It's the easiest way to do it while at a desk or on the move.

5. Pour hot water into a mug and pour it in

Add the entire amount to about 100ml of hot water. The aroma will rise with the steam, perfect for taking a deep breath. *Do not drink. Be careful not to get burned.

6. Record the time it takes to smell something

Your preferences may change between morning, noon, and night, so we recommend leaving a small note.

7. Insect repellent aroma can also be used as described in steps 1 to 6, or you can apply it to your clothes.

Please note that there is a risk of staining certain fibers, so please refrain from using this product in areas where you do not mind getting it dirty or on important clothing.
